They are not for sale, and can only be won through the photo of the month contest/public service.

These are the sorta stretchy form fitting girl shirts, but they are also available in regular T-shirts, and there are a few different print color options in certain sizes too, but we'll worry about that after you win.
Usually, only one shirt will go out per month, except in cases of really close calls.
So, for example, if you send a picture of you and 12 sweet Cheeñoritas, you get the shirt.
How are the winners chosen? By different people. Anyone in the world who is not part of the contest may be asked to pick the winner at the end of the month. There is absolutely no way of telling who it will be.
It's like jury duty, Cheenon style.
